1.checking the heating condition of bearing.the temperature should under 100 ℃ to guarantee the bearing working normally. we should stop it immediately and troubleshooting when the temperature of the bearing is high than 100 ℃.
method: if there is thermometer on the bearing, we can directly see the date. if not, we can touch the bearing, if you feel it too hot to put your hands any longer within 5s,the temperature is higher than 60 ℃.
2.checking whether the lubrication system is working normally.checking there are crashing noise when the machine operating, and check the number of oil pressue indicator and the oil in the tank,if oil is not enough, we should add in time.
3.check the return pipe oil quality. check whether return hose in lubricating oil contains the dyed material, such as at the end of the metal thin if opens the bearing lubrication part should immediately stop check.
4.check the fittings such as bolts, flywheel key whether is loose.
5.check the wear condition, transmission parts, pull rod spring crack, whether it working normally.
6.keep the equipment clean,especially pay attention to not let the dust and other sundry enter the lubrication part of the lubricating.
7.clean lubricating oil filter with gasolineat fixed period. until it is completely dry before it is continue to use
8.cleanlubricating oilwith gasoline at fixed period as a result of exposure to the air and the influence of heat,so replace once every six months
